Volunteer Submission Form
Volunteers are the backbone of any major event and Y-Con is no different. If you are interested in volunteering for Y-Con then proceed to the application form below. In order for Y-Con to run as smoothly as possible, we need a team of people who are passionate about games, their community, and helping out! We have many positions that need to be filled. When you become a volunteer you get a free day pass (minimum 4 hours of volunteering) or weekend pass (minimum 8 hours of volunteering), a volunteer t-shirt and you get to attend an awesome volunteer party once everything is said and done! Volunteer Application Deadline
The deadline to apply to be a volunteer at Y-CON 2024 is April 20th, 2024.

Criminal Record Check / Child Abuse Registry Search
Due to Y-Con Comics & Gaming Convention being a family-friendly event with children under the age of 18 attending and the potential for handling cash, you'll need a Criminal Record / Vulnerable Persons Check and a Child Abuse Registry Search completed. There is no charge for this for our volunteer positions. Additional details will be provided when we contact you to confirm availability, etc. or you can email info@yarmouthcon.com if you have any questions prior to submitting your volunteer application.
