Special Update on Y-Con 2026!

We are busy behind the scenes planning another convention and have a special update. We have a couple tweaks to navigate in 2026 related to a special construction project. This will be a one-year adjustment for Y-Con.

Why is the venue still “TBD” for Y-Con 2026?

We’re putting the final pieces together behind the scenes. The Yarmouth Mariners Centre is completing an ice-pad replacement in 2026 in the main arena, which will take about four to six months after the Mariners hockey season. Learn more about the Ice-pad project.

The good news is that we’re planning to use Arena 2 and other areas of the Mariners Centre. This will be a temporary one-year adjustment.

Because of this unique situation presented this year, we also want to ensure that we have a back-up venue plan just in case.

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll share an update. Thanks for hanging in there — it’s all coming together!
