Camel up Tournament
Join us in this fun, action-packed, fast-paced Board game where you try to make the most money at the race track! So be careful of those ‘crazy camels’ and use your ability to make friends and see who becomes the richest player at the table!
Camel Up is a fast-paced betting game for 3–8 players where you bet on camel races, with the goal of having the most money by the end. Players take one of four actions per turn—betting on a "leg" (round), moving a camel, placing a desert tile, or betting on the overall race winner/loser—with a leg ending when five dice are rolled, triggering payout
The tournament will consist of three rounds. All players will compete in Rounds 1 and 2 to determine standings. The top 6 players will then advance to Round 3, the Championship Round.
Rules
(3 Rounds Total)
- Rounds 1 & 2: All players compete to determine standings
- Round 3: Top 6 advance to the Championship Round
- Players compete in multiplayer game with 4 – 6 players per table
- Each table plays 1 full game of Camel Up
- Reports placement and coin count
- Players will be randomly selected for their tables and seat for Rounds 1 and 2
- Once a game is completed all players will Report placement and coin count to the tournament runner.
Points & Scoring
After each game, players earn points based on placement:
- 1st place: 5 points
- 2nd place: 3 points
- 3rd place: 2 points
- 4th place: 1 point
- 5th–6th: 0 points
Top 6 players advance until a final table determines the champion
Tie-breaker: total coins collected over both rounds
Seat selection for the final table is determined by placement. First place will select their seat first and move clockwise each player will sit in order. Player one goes first.

- We are using the standard second edition Camel Up rules
- No house rules
- Judge/organizer decisions are final

No it's not, it is a very simple to learn game we can teach you in a few minutes.
Which edition will be played in the tournament?
We will be using the second edition with the crazy camels.
Who will start the game?
The first player will be randomly assigned for each table at the beginning of the tournament.
