2023 Raffle Auction Proceeds

This year we will be supporting two local charities and initiatives - the Meadowfields Playground Project and our local Yarmouth Food Bank!

Meadowfields Community School is fundraising for a brand new playground - with their current one in dire need of replacement. The school and community are currently not permitted to use it due to safety guidelines. Individual schools are responsible for funding their own improvement projects. We will also be supporting the Yarmouth Food Bank by accepting donations of non-perishable goods at the registration desk. Not only will you be helping out those in need, we will also give you a free ticket to enter in the raffle auction - up to 10 tickets, more items generously accepted!

  • Gift Certificates from The Emerald Light - Shelburne's Newest Restaurant and Bar
  • 10lbs of live lobster from the Lower Argyle fisherman’s Co-Op
  • More to be announced!

Ticket Structure

  • 1 Ticket for $2
  • 3 Tickets for $5
  • 10 Tickets for $10
  • 40 Tickets (arms length) for $20
  • 45 Tickets (tall-person arms length!) for $20
    • Held during special blitz times throughout the weekend
  • Bringing in 1 non-perishable item for the food bank will give you 1 free ticket to the auction - up to 10 tickets.

Draw Date, Time & Rules

  • Place tickets in the raffle auction item ballot boxes all weekend long
  • Draw Date & Time:
    • Sunday, June 4th - Time TBA
    • You do not need to be present to win an item. Items won and not picked up on Sunday will be held by the executive committee and winners will be posted on our social media pages and website afterwards.
  • Items not picked up by August 31st, 2023 will be voided and carried over to the 2024 Raffle Auction
