Panel Submission Form

Please fill out and submit this form if you are interested in running a panel or workshop at the 2019 Y-Con.

All applicants will be notified once a final decision is made on which panels are chosen. Successful applicants are not entitled to passes to the convention. Content that does not meet Y-Con ethics will not be approved. We will not have panels or workshops that are similar to already accepted events. Organizer/primary contact for panels must be age of majority (18 and above). Presenters may be all ages. If you are selected, you will be notified in March/April 2018. However, the actual schedule will not be available until about 10 days or so before the event. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to programming@yarmouthcon.com.
