Calling all DM's and Game Masters - if you're attending Y-Con this year and you’d like to run a TTRPG session, maybe a one shot or mini adventure let us know! 😃 It can be any system you like and want to introduce to the community. We want to help you run it and bring your Dungeon Master Skills to the table.
In addition we are putting the names of all those that host a Role Playing session into a draw for a really cool prize.
Please let us know by emailing our gaming coordinator Matthew Hiltz hiltzmatthew0@gmail.com or filling our our gaming table reservation form. 🎲

Raffle Auction Donations are now being accepted!

We're excited to share that this year our Y-CON raffle auction proceeds will be going to the Meadowfields Community School playground project with non-perishable goods also being accepted for the Yarmouth Food Bank!
Meadowfields Community School is fundraising for a brand new playground - with their current one in dire need of replacement. The school and community are currently not permitted to use it due to safety guidelines. Individual schools are responsible for funding their own improvement projects.
We will also be supporting the Yarmouth Food Bank by accepting donations of non-perishable goods at the registration desk. Not only will you be helping out those in need, we will also give you a free ticket to enter in the raffle auction - up to 10 tickets, more items generously accepted!
The raffle auction is an annual part of YCON where attendees have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets on all sorts of incredible donated items. Interested in donating item(s) and learning more? Fill out our form today.

🕚📢Y-CON April Gamesday Event Time Update📢🕚

Please note we will now be wrapping up the day at 6pm instead of 7pm, with the Super Smash Bros Ultimate Mini-Tournament moved forward to 4pm to 6pm!

$2 Per tournament Registration taken on-site on a first come, first serve basis.

Y-CON Remembers Klaus Teuber

We're very saddened to hear of the passing of Klaus Tueber - one of the most influential minds of board game development. Creator of the incredibly popular CATAN and winner of "Game of the Year" for four separate games, the gaming world would not have been the same without Klaus's contributions. Thank you for your brilliant mind and incredible games Klaus! ❤️

From retro NHL to the ever popular Smash Bros, here is a lineup of the tournaments you can jump into during the April Games Day at Jacob's Loft Event Centre!

  • 11:30am NHL SNES Retro Tournament
  • 1:00pm Marvel Snap Mini-Tournament
    • Bring your own phone or tablet to play
  • 2-4pm Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  • 5-7pm Super Smash Bros Ultimate

Announcing our final games day before the big event in June! Come on our for a fun afternoon full of games and friendly tournaments.

Come join Y-CON at Jacob's Loft across from Yarmouth McDonald's for our next games day! Get ready for a fun-filled day of gaming. Don't forget to bring your A-game!

Mini Gaming Tournaments - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 to be held during the day. Registration for tournaments taken on-site on a first-come, first serve basis.

Free admission to enter for casual play - $2 per tournament entry (Cash, Debit, Credit Accepted).

Calling all Y-CON Vendor applicants! We've sent out approval emails to your inboxes (don't forget to check that pesky spam folder too!)

We have a very exciting line up of familiar faces and new vendors to welcome to Y-CON this year. Keep an eye out for the full lineup.

With very high demand we were not able to accommodate everyone this year, but don't fret, we are keeping a cancellation waitlist if spaces arise.
