If you are a vendor and would like to participate in Y-Con 2026, please fill out and submit the form below.

Before submitting your vendor application, you can download and review a sample 2025 Vendor Package to help you fill out the questions properly. If you have any questions about the sample vendor package or application, please send an email to vendors@yarmouthcon.com.

2026 Vendor Application Deadlines

The final deadline to apply to be a vendor at Y-CON 2025 was Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. You may still apply, but will be placed on a waitlist and considered on a case-by-case basis if space allows on our floorplan.
